Danny Boome Launched his television career in 2004 on UKTV Food's co-production Wild and Fresh, Danny travelled from the East to West coast of Canada searching out what each province had to offer in the way of its home-grown delights and then taking inspiration from traditional dishes, Danny would return his host's hospitality by cooking them up a dish with a contemporary twist!

In 2005 Danny followed up his Canadian trip with a journey of discovery around the North Norfolk coast line in the Anglia Television and UKTV Food production of Norfolk 's Coastal Kitchen/ Danny by the Sea. The show followed Danny retracing his steps around his childhood holiday destination of North Norfolk and showed the viewer where Danny started to gain his passion for food and fresh produce.

With the success of ‘'Norfolk's Coastal Kitchen'' Danny has now followed up that success with a second series in January 2006 called "Coastal Kitchen". It was, and still is being, shown on Anglia Television and the Discovery Channel. This new journey will continue Danny's quest to search out the freshest ingredients, the best recipes and the most special characters.

Danny then packed his bags to travel throughout mainland Europe and North America to fulfil his passions and his curiosity for the origins of food and drink. This has led him to want to share his practical non-pretentious cooking to the viewer that likes to cook with the least amount of fuss, so his viewers feel inspired not intimidated!

Danny also continues to run his own cookery school which feature courses for those who have never cooked before to those who want to improve.
